Popular musician and theatre producer, Atlas Philani Duma established Sagiya Foundation out of his love for both art and entertainment and his commitment and passion for community development. His particular passion for environmentalism and culture is seen in his theatre, writing, music initiatives. He is the sole director of Sagiya Foundation. Graduating with a National Diploma in Light Music, Atlas has behind him, teaching, assessing, theatre production, business consulting and a host of awards from anything from drumming to being declared a KZN Legend of Jazz.

Anthony Rippon is an environmentalist, who has built his career on management-related positions involving research, marketing, community development, and sales, with always an academic consulting aspect to his work. He was worked in various industries: transport, environment, tourism, business. He holds a B. Com (Industrial Psychology), B. Com Honours (Marketing Management), M. Com (Strategic Management) and D.Com (Strategic Management) at the University of Johannesburg (UJ). He is passionate about music and art.

Zeph is a mainstream/corporate/industrial theatre, radio drama scriptwriter, music live concert conceptualizer, lyricist, composer, theatre mentor and co-founder/producer/creative director of Gcugcwa Creative productions. He started his career in KwaZulu-Natal in 1991 by being part of a one-year course at Maningi Theatre and went on to be involved in both national and international productions from theatre to corporate events. A particular passion is his love of mentoring aspiring directors as well as young actors. He has been involved with Sagiya Foundation and Dim-Dep: Faces of Environmental Success since 2016.

Musa Vincent Mtetwa has performed throughout the country as a Jazz musician as well as working with the traditional African musicians in South Africa. He is currently a musical director for Dim-Dep musical and freelance musician. Graduating with both a BPrac Mus (in Jazz and Popular Music) in a Diploma in Light Music (Natal Technikon, 2001), his career as a lecturer has exposed him to many great musicians and allowed him to groom others in the process. Travelling the world and sharing the stage with some of the best musical talent, he works with community projects with different organizations. His list of awards is impressive

Sbonelo was born with singing in his blood and began to sing as a young boy in school. After he started playing bass guitar in 2009, he then honed his musical skills at the Bat Centre through the residency programme. With his own company behind him, Cheerful Times, he got exposed to theatre and worked then at the Sneddon theatre, moving on to stage management at festivals. He has worked with Sagiya Foundation on Dim-Dep since 2015 as the Stage Manager. He is a photographer, nutritionist, networking marketing professional.

Gabriel is one of South Africa’s Top 10 best dancers according to “So You Think You Can Dance Season 3”. A multi-talented artist, Gabriel is a music Artist, DJ, Music Composer/Producer, Dancer, Teacher, Choreographer, TV and Radio Presenter. He is a founder of one of the big record label and entertainment companies: YoungStar Production CC, and co- founder of a theatrical company TAGAT NPC. Recognised internationally and well-travelled, he has a host of awards to his name, ranging from SA best dance choreographer to being is rated 2nd best all Over the World as best solo, teacher, and choreographer in the World Lyrical Dance Federation.
